SublimeTask is an independent project. If you need help, email admin@sublimetask.com. Support is provided as time allows, so there is no guaranteed response time.

Keep your account safe. Never email your password, one-time code, access token, recovery key, or full payment details. SublimeTask support will not ask for them.

Reporting a problem

Tell us which device and SublimeTask version you use, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Include the exact error message or a screenshot if helpful, but remove private information and do not share task content unless it is essential.

Account and sign-in

For an email-and-password account, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen and check your spam folder. If you registered with Google or Apple, use the same provider; SublimeTask cannot reset their passwords. Sign in with Apple may use a private relay address instead of your usual email.

Tasks and calendars

For a synchronisation problem, check your connection, update SublimeTask, and restart the app. Google Calendar is optional: selected external calendars are shown as read-only, while SublimeTask can write tasks to its own managed calendar. Device calendars are also read-only. Review the relevant account and device permissions if events no longer appear.

You can disconnect Google Calendar in SublimeTask or revoke access from your Google Account. Events already written to the managed calendar may need to be removed separately in Google Calendar.

Subscriptions and purchases

Apple handles billing for monthly and annual subscriptions. Restore an eligible purchase from SublimeTask while using the Apple Account that made it. To manage or cancel, open your Apple subscription settings. For a refund, use Apple’s refund process.

Removing SublimeTask or deleting its account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

Delete an account

Request deletion from the app settings or email us from the address linked to the account. This removes the main SublimeTask account data and connected Google access, subject to the limited exceptions described in the Privacy Policy. It does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically remove events already written to Google Calendar.
