Terms and Conditions

SublimeTask is an independent productivity project. These terms apply when you use its mobile app, web app, website, and related services. By using SublimeTask, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must be old enough to accept these terms under the rules that apply where you live. Keep your account information, sign-in method, and devices safe, and do not use another person’s account without permission. If you suspect unauthorised access, email admin@sublimetask.com.

Your content

Your tasks, notes, and other content remain yours. You allow SublimeTask to store, process, synchronise, and display that content only as needed to run and protect the service and provide features you request. Only add content that you are allowed to use.

Fair use

Use SublimeTask for its intended productivity purposes. Do not break the law, harm others, upload malicious content, access accounts or systems without permission, bypass security, overload the service, or resell it. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably needed to protect users or the service.

Connected services

Optional features connect to Google Calendar, Google or Apple sign-in, and Apple’s App Store. Those services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently of SublimeTask. You can disconnect optional integrations, although the related feature will then stop working.

Subscriptions and purchases

Monthly or annual subscriptions may be offered through Apple’s App Store. The current price, renewal period, features, and any trial are shown before purchase. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. You can restore an eligible purchase from the app and manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple subscription settings.

Removing the app or deleting your SublimeTask account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it separately through Apple.

Availability and changes

SublimeTask is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be updated, interrupted, or removed for maintenance, security, technical, or legal reasons. Although reasonable care is taken, the service cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copy of information that is critical to you and verify important tasks and calendar dates.

Ending use and deleting an account

You may stop using SublimeTask at any time and request account deletion in the app settings or by email. Subscription cancellation is a separate action. Access may be suspended for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a security risk, or unlawful use. Account information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ownership and responsibility

The SublimeTask software, design, brand, and documentation remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. To the extent allowed by law, SublimeTask is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service failures, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here removes any consumer right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and contact

These terms may be updated when SublimeTask changes. The date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate. For questions, email admin@sublimetask.com.
